Our standard service rate is $75.00 per hour, not including parts. We do not charge from the time we leave our location, unlike many other services, we charge when we arrive at your location. We also have no additional service fees, we charge $75.00 per hour, that's all. We do have an emergency after hours fee of $50.00 after 7:00PM and $200.00 after 10:00PM. These after hour fees do not apply to jobs that run past those hours, just jobs that begin after those hours.

We are very fair and understanding. We do not let charges become absurdly high. We will cap service charges and continue working until the job is done, in certain circumstances. We understand you shouldn’t pay the price of a new PC to fix the one you have. But realize that when it comes to Spyware and Viruses, buying a new computer will only help for a little while until that computer is infected with the same spyware. Then you will still have to pay to have it cleaned out and protected against spyware.
